Friday: Competitors (Includes car and driver only) -

Spectators or pit crew - $10 (Please note if you come in on Friday to race, you will be paying for the full weekend; if you come in on Saturday to race, you will be paying for Saturday and Sunday.

Camping:
- Rough camping available, both spectators and
competitors
- $5 per person per night ($10 for weekend must be paid upfront with entry fee)
- Max 6 people per site, Friday and Saturday nights only
- Race competitors camp free
- Motor-homes and "camper vehicles" will be charged two night's
camping fee if arriving on Friday, one night if arriving on Saturday
- No facilities except outhouses
- Wheelchair accessible outhouses available
- Absolutely no spectator camping on Thursday night
- Competitors will be allowed to camp at their race
vehicle/trailer pit, but only one other vehicle in addition to the race car
per pit site
- Competitor's "friends and relatives" vehicles MUST camp in
the general spectator area
- No alcoholic consumption outside of your campsite ... This
will be enforced!
Car show:
- Open to all "special interest and/or collector vehicles",
must pay normal general admission fee of $15, no additional car show entry
fee
- Enter at competitor's gate
- Camping: general admission camping rules apply

All vehicles must meet D.O.T. safety standards
Helmets are mandatory in all classes:
S/P, P, and S/S – helmet
must meet Snell 2000, 2005,
2007, SFI 31.1A and SFI 31.2A
S/M and S - helmet must
meet Snell 2000, 2005,
2007, SFI 31.1A and SFI 31.2A
M/S - full face
helmet must meet Snell 2000,
2005, 2007, SFI 31.1A and SFI 31.2A
J/D - helmet must
meet Snell 2000, 2005,
2007, SFI 31.1A and SFI 31.2A
Protective Clothing:
- All classes wear full length pants, slacks, shoes or sneakers
(mandatory)
- Synthetic
clothing not recommended
- Shorts, bare legs, tank tops or bare torso are
prohibited
- S/P (super pro class – 11:99 and quicker) requires jacket
meeting SFI, spec 3.2A/1 (mandatory)
- M/S classes wear full leather jackets leather boots above
ankles and leather gloves required. Full leather suits (or equivalent)
mandatory
Seat Belts and Restraints – All Classes:
- Seat belts are mandatory in all classes and must be secure
and in good working condition
- A three-inch driver's restraint system is mandatory in all
cars running 11:99 and quicker and in convertibles running 13:99 and quicker
Credentials:
- Valid NHRA Competition License is mandatory for all vehicles
running 9:99 and quicker
- Valid NHRA chassis certification is mandatory on all vehicles
running 9:99 and quicker
- All drivers must have a valid driver's license
(G2 or better)
Roll Bars and Cages:
- Must meet NHRA rule book
specifications
- Mandatory in all cars running 11:49 and quicker
- Mandatory in convertibles running 13:49 and quicker
Drive Shaft Hoops:
- Mandatory on all vehicles running 13:99 and quicker
- Mandatory on all vehicles running slicks, including DOT
slicks
- Neutral safety switches are mandatory on all vehicles
(Vehicle must be in “neutral”, “park” or have clutch depressed to permit
starting)
Exhaust:
- Competition exhaust permitted
- Exhaust must be directed under or beside car away from driver
and fuel tank
- All exhaust piping, if disconnected, must be secured under
the car or removed
Fuel System (All Classes):
- All non-OEM fuel lines must be metallic or steel
braided
- A maximum of 12 inches in total, front to rear rubber fuel
line is permitted for connecting purposes only
- NHRA general regulation Section 16, 1:5
Throttle (All Classes):
- Any or all carburetor or injection throttle must be
incorporated with a positive acting return spring system
- All carburetors must be equipped with two (2) return springs
- No delay boxes or electronic throttle stops
- M/S classes must return with snap-back throttle (mandatory)
- M/S class must be equipped with ignition tether cord if 10.99
or quicker
Cooling System Overflow (All Classes):
- Coolant overflow or catch cans of 16 ounces minimum
(mandatory)
Clutches and Drives (M/S Class):
- Must have front and rear chain guards to cover the width and
at least the top run to the centerline of the sprocket of any chain or belt
Drive Track (M/S Class):
- Track must be of a flat type configuration
- Paddles, studs or spikes are prohibited
- Must be OEM or NHRA accepted track only
- Track must be free of visable signs of excessive wear, logo
and S/N must be retained and appear on the left side of the track
- No shaved tracks allowed
Nitrous Oxide (Nox) (All Classes):
- Commercially available nitrous oxide permitted
- Bottle(s) in driver's compartment must be equipped with
relief valve and vent outside driver's compartment
- Bottles must be stamped with A.D.O.T. 1800 lb. rating
- Bottles must be secure
- All lines steel braided – refer Gen Reg Sec 16, 1:9
Interior and Exterior (All Classes):
- All interior and trunk areas should be free of loose items
- Exterior trim, sheet metal, wheel covers must be secure
Tires, Wheels, Studs (All Classes):
- All tires and wheels will be visually checked for condition
and must be free of defects
- All street tires must be D.O.T. approved and must have a
minimum of 1/16 inch thread depth
- Wheel studs must project into Hex portion of lug nut by a
distance equal to one diameter of the stud – Ref to Section 16-15:2
- Screw in valve stems are mandatory on front and rear tires on
all cars running 11:99 or quicker
Battery (All Classes):
- All batteries to be secured properly in the OEM battery
tray
- If battery is relocated to trunk the following
applies:
- Battery must be secured with two (2) 3/8-inch diameter bolts fastened to
the frame
- Metal battery hold-down straps are mandatory
- No “J” hooks
- Master cut-off switch (mandatory)
- Master cut-off switch must be located at the rear most part of each
vehicle and be easily accessible
- The off position must be clearly indicated with the word “off”
- Rear firewall is mandatory of .024-inch steel or .032-inch aluminum
Skis and Wheels (M/S Class –Snow
Machines Only):
- All drive and steering wheels must be of rubber, specifically
designed for snowmobile use on a dry surface
- Maximum four wheels per ski permitted
- After market skis must be constructed according to the
following minimum standard, Ref, Section IE, page 37
- Snow machines must be equipped with full side ski plates for
staging and starting lights to pick up
- Snow machines must be equipped with OEM type snow
flap
- This flap must be equipped with a simple “W” shaped bracket
fixed to the upper portion of the rear tunnel will assist to stop the flap
from being drawn into the tunnel
Fire Extinguisher:
- Extinguisher recommended at each pit location
It is OK to have two drivers for one vehicle.
The drivers must run two (2) separate classes. Both drivers cannot run the
same class.
